Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 16, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Pet Rescue Hub ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. The Role of the Hub
The Pet Rescue Hub acts as a multi-tenant directory and administrative tool for independent animal charities ("Charity Partners").
- We do not own, manage, or take responsibility for the animals listed on the Platform.
- All adoption decisions, home checks, and legal transfers are handled solely by the respective Charity Partner.
- The Hub is not a party to any adoption agreement between a user and a charity.
3. User Eligibility & Accounts
To create a "Member" account and use the Suitability Check features, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Suitability Checks
Our digital Suitability Check is intended to streamline the application process. While we store this data securely on behalf of the user, the approval or rejection of a userās suitability for a specific pet is at the total discretion of the Charity Partner managing that petās profile.
5. Fees and Donations
Use of the Hub is free for Adopters. Adoption fees listed on animal profiles are set by the Charity Partners and are paid directly to them. The Hub may process donations via third-party providers, but we do not retain a percentage of charitable donations unless otherwise stated for Platform maintenance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pet Rescue Hub shall not be liable for any disputes, injuries, or damages arising from the adoption of an animal found through the Platform, or for the conduct of any Charity Partner or User.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
